Shipping is free on all orders within the United States. No minimum.
- Processing: 1–3 business days.
- Delivery: usually 7–12 business days after shipping.
- Tracking: emailed as soon as your order ships.
These are estimates, not guarantees; carriers, holidays and weather can add a few days. Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking. The Calm Pet Guide (PDF) is emailed as a download link right after checkout.
We currently ship to the United States only. Need to change your address? Email us within 12 hours of ordering.

Not satisfied? Request a refund within 30 days of delivery.
- Email hello@hushhourshop.com with your order number and reason (photos help).
- We reply within 2 business days with return instructions. Please wait for them before sending anything back.
- Once we confirm receipt, your refund goes to your original payment method (your bank may take 5–10 business days).
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect — then we send a free replacement or full refund, no return needed beyond a photo.
Lost package? If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or nothing has arrived 20 business days after shipping, we reship or refund.
