Which mat should I choose?

A lick mat holds a soft food spread across textured grooves. A snuffle mat hides small pieces of your dog's regular food in fleece rows and pockets. Choose the activity your pet enjoys and an accessory they can use without chewing or tearing it.

Can I leave my pet alone with a mat?

No. Always supervise every session with either mat. These are enrichment tools, not chew toys. Remove the mat if your pet starts chewing, tearing or pulling off pieces, and stop using it if it is damaged.

What is included?

The Lick Mat Duo includes one silicone lick mat in your chosen color and The Calm Pet Guide PDF. It does not contain two mats. The Snuffle Mat is sold separately. The guide is also available on its own as a free digital download.

How do I start?

Keep the first session simple. Use a small amount of food your pet already tolerates, make it easy to reach and stay nearby. With the snuffle mat, begin with visible food before hiding it deeper in the fleece.

How do I clean and store the mats?

Remove leftover food after use. Follow the care instructions on the relevant product page, let the accessory dry and store it out of your pet's reach. Inspect it before each session.

Will this treat separation anxiety?

No treatment or behavioral outcome is promised. Hush Hour offers accessories for supervised enrichment. If your pet shows distress, seek advice from a veterinarian or qualified behavior professional.

Where do you ship, and what will delivery cost?

Standard shipping is free within the United States, with no minimum. Processing takes 1–3 business days; delivery usually takes 7–12 business days after shipping. Tracking is emailed when the order ships. These are estimates, and items may arrive separately. Read the full delivery details.

How do I ask about a return or an order issue?

Request a return within 30 days of delivery by emailing hello@hushhourshop.com with your order number and reason. We reply within 2 business days with instructions; please wait before returning anything. Customers pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
